The Development of New Normal Learning Management Model of Bansungaiko-lok School, Sungaiko-lok District, Narathiwat Province

Abstract
The objectives of this research: 1) To study the conditions and the problems of learning management. 2) To develop a projected model. 3) To study the results of the development of new normal learning management. The informants for this research were school director, school vice directors, teachers and students. Also, the research instruments which used to operate in this task were record forms of supervision, teaching feedback questionnaires, and evaluation forms regarding a new normal learning management. In addition, this piece of work is done by researching and developing (R&D) in rotation of PAOR as 1 cycle per week; total 4 cycles, from November to December. The procedures are as follow: 1) To study the conditions and problems of learning management. 2) To develop the projected model. 3) To utilize and test the projected model. 4) To study the results of the development of new normal learning management.
As the result, the organizers eventually found the ongoing problematic conditions of new normal learning management.
- 1. The school itself is located in Narathiwat province which is very close to Thai-Malay border, thus the risk of spreading and getting coronavirus disease is extremely high. Consequently, the school was unable to operate to teach by “on-site” as a normal platform. Therefore, in the first semester of 2021 academic year the 3 ideal teaching platforms were: “online”, “on demand” and “on hand”. Moreover, by the reason of the coronavirus pandemic, there were some problems within the teaching management department. The management was completely unsystematic resulting from being unfamiliar under the very hectic situation of pandemic.
- 2. The result of the development of the new normal learning management was directly established from the school administrative process. Accordingly, “BSK Model” format had taken place and applied into this research as follows: b: brainstorm, s: select content and k: keep going.
- 3. The study and evaluation on opinions of the development of new normal learning management model showed that it was at the highest level ( = 4.53, S.D. = .40).
