Abstract
This research aims to develop an online information system innovation for requesting permission to supervise teaching practices in educational institutions, Bachelor of Education Program, Thaksin University, and to study the satisfaction upon the online information system innovation for requesting permission to supervise teaching practices in educational institutions. The target group consisted of 28 teaching practicum supervisors of the academic year 2023 who took responsibility for supervising schools for the science and mathematics strand. The research tools were 1) the online IT system for supervisory teaching practicum in schools, 2) the efficiency assessment form of the online IT system, and 3) the satisfaction questionnaire of the online IT system. The statistics used in the research were arithmetic mean and standard deviation.
The research found that: 1) The development of online information system innovation
users could access the IT system fast and easily; there were the recorded and checking IT system; warning system; officers and systems; and security to have individual access to the data. The IT systems used web applications to develop the system to support portable electronic instruments such as mobile phones, smartphones, tablets, and iPhones. 2) The assessment of the efficiency of the system from system users showed that overall evaluation, on average, the efficiency of the online IT system is at a high level (m=4.45, s=0.61). 3) The evaluation of satisfaction with the online IT system in 3 domains showed that the evaluation results in each aspect were at a high average level with average values in order as follows: Function Requirement (m=4.29, s=0.68), Usability (m=4.21, s=0.72) and Performance (m=4.11, s=0.72). In summary, the overall average of satisfaction with the online IT system is at a high level (m=4.20, s=0.71).
