ทักษะและลักษณะความสามารถในการสื่อสารข้ามวัฒนธรรม: การนำมาปรับใช้ในชั้นเรียนการสอนภาษาอังกฤษในประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาในครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อค้นหาทักษะและลักษณะของความสามารถในการสื่อสารข้ามวัฒนธรรมที่จำเป็นต่อผู้เรียนในระดับปริญญาตรีจากมุมมองของนักศึกษา อาจารย์ผู้สอน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านความสามารถในการสื่อสารข้ามวัฒนธรรม ผู้ประกอบการในอุตสาหกรรมการท่องเที่ยว และมัคคุเทศก์ โดยได้ศึกษาทักษะและลักษณะของความสามารถในการสื่อสารข้ามวัฒนธรรมจาก 3 ด้านคือ ด้านทัศนคติ ด้านความรู้ และด้านทักษะความสามารถ โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามและการสัมภาษณ์ ผลจากการศึกษาพบว่าทักษะและลักษณะของความสามารถในด้านทัศนคติมีความสำคัญที่สุดต่อการสื่อสารข้ามวัฒนธรรม ในบทความนี้จึงได้นำเสนอกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนที่ส่งเสริมทักษะและลักษณะของความสามารถในด้านทัศนคติเพื่อเป็นแนวทางให้แก่ชั้นเรียนการสอนภาษาอังกฤษเป็นภาษาต่างประเทศในประเทศไทย
