Evaluation of Educational Program Management and Work Performance of Graduates in Applied Thai Traditional Medicine Program of Faculty of Abhaibhubejhr Thai Traditional Medicine, Burapha University

The purposes of this study were to survey the graduates’ opinions on the quality of the educational program management in Applied Thai traditional medicine in these aspects : the curriculum, lecturers, instructional management, student assessment, supporting facilities, medical professional exam and evaluate the graduates’ work performance. The samples were 198 graduates of the Applied Thai traditional medicine in 2011-2015, 181 supervisors or employers, 189 colleagues and 349 patients of Thai Traditional Medicine.The research instruments used to collect the data were questionnaires. The data were analyzed by using mean and standard deviation, using tables with the descriptive approach to present the research.
The research results were found that the graduates’ opinions on the quality of the Applied Thai Traditional Medicine Program management were at a high level. The supervisors or employers’ opinions on the graduates’ work performance were at the highest level, all graduates followed the rules and regulations of the institution.The colleagues’ opinions on the graduates’ work performance were at the highest level, graduates had the ability to use language appropriately in both verbal and written reports and the patients’ opinions on the graduates’ work performance were at the highest level, the graduates of the Thai traditional medicine took
