การบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้ในชุมชนประเภทพิพิธภัณฑ์และวัด : กรณีศึกษา อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดลพบุรี

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้เป็นวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสำรวจสถานที่ใน อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดลพบุรีที่มีความสำคัญ เป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ในชุมชนประเภทพิพิธภัณฑ์และวัด เพื่อนำร่องการจัดทำฐานข้อมูลของแหล่งเรียนรู้ในชุมชน ศึกษารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้ในชุมชน ประเภทพิพิธภัณฑ์และวัด ทำการศึกษาจำนวน 3 แห่ง ใช้วิธีเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง โดยมีผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ผู้ก่อตั้งพิพิธภัณฑ์ ผู้มีส่วนก่อตั้งพิพิธภัณฑ์ ผู้รับผิดชอบบริหารจัดการ รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการศึกษาข้อมูล และลงพื้นที่สัมภาษณ์เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยวิธีวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา นำเสนอผลการศึกษาแบบพรรณนา วิเคราะห์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. พิพิธภัณฑ์เรือพื้นบ้านวัดยาง ณ รังสี บริหารจัดการโดยคณะกรรมการชมรม มีกำนันตำบลตะลุงเป็นประธาน มีการจัดทำข้อบังคับการบริหาร มีชาวบ้านดูแลพิพิธภัณฑ์ ไม่เก็บค่าเข้าชม มีมัคคุเทศก์น้อย มีสมุดเยี่ยมชม งบประมาณสนับสนุน มาจากเงินบริจาคนักท่องเที่ยว เงินอุดหนุนจากหน่วยงานต่างๆ ไม่มีเว็บไซต์ มีป้ายประชาสัมพันธ์ แผ่นพับ ปัญหาและอุปสรรค คือ ขาดบุคลากรที่มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับเรือ และงบประมาณไม่เพียงพอ
2. พิพิธภัณฑ์วัดโคกหม้อ บริหารจัดการโดยพระครูศีลสังวรวิสุทธิ์ ซึ่งอาศัยหลักอิทธิบาท 4 ในการบริหาร ไม่มีบุคลากรช่วยดูแล ซึ่งดูแลโดยพระภิกษุ ไม่เก็บค่าเข้าชม งบประมาณสนับสนุนมาจากท่านพระครูศีลสังวรวิสุทธิ์ และเงินทำบุญ มีเว็บไซต์ มีเอกสารแจก ปัญหาและอุปสรรค คือ ขาดบุคลากรในการช่วยดูแล และระยะยาว ขาดผู้ที่จะรับช่วงดูแลพิพิธภัณฑ์ต่อจากท่านพระครูศีลสังวรวิสุทธิ์
3. พิพิธภัณฑ์หอโสภณศิลป์ การบริหารจัดการในรูปแบบของคณะกรรมการ โดยคณะสงฆ์วัดเชิงท่าและวัดกวิศรารามราชวรวิหารมีศิษยานุศิษย์ช่วยดูแลไม่เก็บค่าเข้าชม งบประมาณสนับสนุนมาจากเงินบริจาค การประชาสัมพันธ์ อาศัยหน่วยงานประจำจังหวัด ปัญหาและอุปสรรค คือ งบประมาณไม่เพียงพอ
