บทคัดย่อ

Nowadays, the market of tourism industry in Thailand has been growing steadily as evidenced by the increasing number of foreign visitors. Among them, Chinese hold the highest number. Therefore it is a very interesting subject to study. Chinese visitors are a particularly attractive target group. Currently, wellness tourism is one of the most popular creative tourism. that has been very popular is wellness tourism. This researcher is focused on the service of Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort and Spa, they which provides Mandarin for Chinese visitors In this study, the researcher interviewed training manager about the importance of providing Mandarin service: training Mandarin to their employeesits policy and the usage of using marketing tools to reach Chinese customers. In addition, the researcher used questionnaires to collect data from a sample of 50 Anantara’s employees. The results are as follows: From the data gathering, it is shown that 42% Forty-two percent of the employees despondences can speak Mandarin, but with only low proficiency, while However, about 90% ninety percent of those them having problem difficulty in using Mandarin. Hence, it is They feel that it is necessary to have a Mandarin training class as in employees’ opinions. Particularly, they think that listening and speaking skill is more important that reading and writing skill. They are highly willing to attend the training. The researcher has proposed guidelines for Chinese language and culture training as well as the recommendation to the wellness tourism organization, and pointed out the . By using the advantages of Mandarin service as a mean to increase competitive advantage., the wellness organization will increase their ability in making their organization a success.
