บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้ทักษะอาชีพ 2) พัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้ทักษะอาชีพ และ 3) ประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้ทักษะอาชีพ เพื่อการมีงานทำของโรงเรียนเฉพาะความพิการ บกพร่องทางสติปัญญา กลุ่ม 7 ภาคใต้ สังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานวิธี กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน โรงเรียนเฉพาะความพิการ บกพร่องทางสติปัญญา กลุ่ม 7 ภาคใต้ สังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ จำนวน 129 คน ได้มาด้วยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย กลุ่มเป้าหมาย คือ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้ จำนวน 22 คน ได้มาด้วยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของรูปแบบ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา จัดหมวดหมู่ของเนื้อหา และนำเสนอโดยความเรียง
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) โรงเรียนเฉพาะความพิการ บกพร่องทางสติปัญญา กลุ่ม 7 ภาคใต้ สังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ มีการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้ทักษะอาชีพเพื่อการมีงานทำโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้ทักษะอาชีพเพื่อการมีงานทำ มี 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ องค์ประกอบที่ 1 ปัจจัยนำเข้า (Input) องค์ประกอบที่ 2 กระบวนการ (Process) องค์ประกอบที่ 3 ผลผลิต (Output) องค์ประกอบที่ 4 เงื่อนไขความสำเร็จ และ 3) รูปแบบแหล่งเรียนรู้ทักษะอาชีพเพื่อการมีงานทำของโรงเรียนเฉพาะความพิการ บกพร่องทางสติปัญญา กลุ่ม 7 ภาคใต้ สังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ มีความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมาก
