ปัญหาในการประกอบการกับความพร้อมเพื่อการก้าวเข้าสู่ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจ อาเซียนของผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจขนาดย่อม : กรณีศึกษาจังหวัดพัทลุง

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาในการประกอบวิสาหกิจขนาดย่อมในจังหวัดพัทลุงและศึกษาความพร้อมของผูป้ ระกอบการวิสาหกิจขนาดย่อมเพื่อการก้าวเข้าสู่ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียนการวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้กลุม่ตัวอย่างคือพนักงานที่ปฏิบัติงานในวิสาหกิจขนาดย่อมในจังหวัดพัทลุงจำนวน 400 คน ส่วนกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการสัมภาษณ์คือผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจขนาดย่อมจำนวน 20 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ใช้การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงเนื้อหา ผลวิจัยโดยภาพรวมพบว่าผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจขนาดย่อมมีปัญหาในการประกอบการระดับปานกลาง โดยปัญหาที่เผชิญลำดับแรกคือด้านงบประมาณและลำดับสุดท้ายคือการบริหารคน สำหรับความพร้อมในการจัดการธุรกิจเพื่อรองรับประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียนพบวา่าประกอบการวิสาหกิจขนาดย่อมทั้งหมดยังไมมี่ความพร้อมด้วยเหตุผลสำคัญคือความรู้และทักษะในการทำธุรกิจกับตา่งประเทศโดยตรงเงินลงทุนกฎหมายระหว่างประเทศ ภาษาอังกฤษและคุณภาพมาตรฐานสินค้า ตามลำดับ

Problems of Small Enterprise Operators with Readiness in Participation in the ASEAN Economic Community: Cased Study of Phatthalung Province

This research aimed to study the problems of small enterprises in Phatthalung Province and their readiness in participating in the ASEAN Economic Community. The sample for the study included 400 employees working in small enterprises in Phatthalung Province and the sample for in-depth interview consisted of 20 entrepreneurs of small enterprises. The instrument used in collecting data was aquestionnaire and in-depth interview schedule. The data were analyzed using the content analysis. The findings of the study shown that, the level of the problems faced by small enterprises is ‘moderate.’ They are faced mostly with the problem of budget with the highest mean score, whereas the operators feel that they are not ready in their business manage ment for participation in the AEC due to lack of knowledge and skills in international business, capital investment, international law, skill in using English and quality standards of the products, respectively.
