ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการจัดการทีมฟุตบอลลีกภูมิภาคดิวิชั่น 2 เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และภาคกลาง

Abstract

การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่องปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการจัดการทีมฟุตบอลลีกภูมิภาคดิวิชั่น 2 กรุงเทพมหานคร และภาคกลางครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคลที่ต่างกันมีผลต่อการจัดการทีมฟุตบอลลีกภูมิภาค ดิวิชั่น 2 กรุงเทพมหานคร และภาคกลางแตกต่างกัน และศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการจัดการทีมฟุตบอลลีกภูมิภาค ดิวิชั่น 2 กรุงเทพมหานคร และภาคกลาง ซึ่งเป็นการศึกษาวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research) เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจาก แบบสอบถาม และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้จัดการทีม/ผู้ฝึกสอน/เจ้าหน้าที่ประจ????ำทีม/นักฟุตบอล/ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับนักกีฬา ปี 2556 จำนวน 14 สโมสร จำนวน 211 คน การวิเคราะห์ผลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา(Descriptive Statistic) เพื่ออธิบายผลการศึกษา ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติสำหรับการทดสอบสมมติฐาน โดยการทดสอบความแปรปรวนทางเดียวด้วยสถิติ (One - Way ANOVA) และการทดสอบสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient)ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 สรุปผลการศึกษาได้ดังนี้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง พบว่าส่วนใหญ่มีอายุระหว่าง 23 – 27 ปี สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี เป็นนักฟุตบอล มีประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับฟุตบอล อยู่ระหว่าง 6 – 10 ปี และมีรายได้จากการท????ำงานในทีมฟุตบอลต่อเดือน อยู่ระหว่าง 20,000 – 40,000 บาทคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล ที่ต่างกันมีผลต่อการจัดการทีมฟุตบอลลีกฯ ที่ไม่แตกต่างกัน โดยปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการจัดการในภาพรวมกับการจัดการทีมฟุตบอลลีกฯ ในภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กัน ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.01 โดย มีความสัมพันธ์ในเชิงบวกระดับสูง (r = 0.760) และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการจัดการทุกด้าน อันได้แก่ การสนับสนุนจากภาครัฐและเอกชน ชื่อเสียงของทีมฟุตบอล องค์การหลักที่เกี่ยวข้องกับฟุตบอลลีก ความนิยมของประชาชน การประชาสัมพันธ์ และแฟนคลับ

FACTORS AFFECTING ON REGIONAL LEAGUE FOOTBALL DIVISION 2 TEAM MANAGEMENT IN BANGKOK METROPOLITAN AND CENTRAL REGION

The research aimed to study the factors affecting on Regional League Football Division 2 team management in Bangkok Metropolitan and Central Region. The purposes were to investigate the difference of demographic towards on Regional League Football Division 2 team management in Bangkok Metropolitan and Central Region and to identify the factors affecting on Regional League Football Division 2 team management in Bangkok Metropolitan and Central Region. This research was a survey research. A data was collecting by using a questionnaire 211 samples and In-Depth Interview 19 samples were team manager, coach, team staff, football player, and others related player for 14 football clubs. A data was analyzing by using descriptive statistic to explain on frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviations. For hypothesis test on quantitative analysis, a data was analyzing by using One - Way ANOVA and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient with .05 level of significant. The results were found as follows: For demographic factors, most respondents were the age between 23-27 years old, received mostly bachelor degree, football player, mostly working experiences in the football club between 6-10 years, and mostly income per month from working in the football club between 20,000 and 40,000 Bath. The difference of demographic factor had not affected differently on Regional League Football Division 2 team management in Bangkok Metropolitan and Central Region. The overall of factors affecting on Regional League Football Division 2 team management in Bangkok Metropolitan and Central Region had positively relationship with r=0.760 at 0.01 level of significant. Considering in each aspects, it was found that factors affecting on management in all aspect such as the supportive for government and private sector, reputation of football club.
