การบริหารจัดการกิจกรรมนันทนาการเพื่อผู้สูงอายุของเทศบาล ตำบลหนองน้ำใส อำเภอสีคิ้ว จังหวัดนครราชสีมา

Abstract

การวิจัยการบริหารจัดการกิจกรรมนันทนาการเพื่อผู้สูงอายุของเทศบาล ตำบลหนองนน้ำใส อำเภอสีคิ้ว จังหวัดนครราชสีมามีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจ และความต้องการของผู้สูงอายุเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการจัดกิจกรรมนันทนาการ 4 ประเภท คือ กิจกรรมทางสังคม การออกกำลังกาย การท่องเที่ยว และงานอดิเรก และเพื่อศึกษาความสอดคล้องระหว่างความต้องการของผู้สูงอายุเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการจัดกิจกรรมนันทนาการทางสังคม การออกกำลังกาย การท่องเที่ยว และกิจกรรมงานอดิเรก กับการดำเนินการด้านการบริหารจัดการกิจกรรมนันทนาการทีชุ่มชนและหน่วยงานราชการได้ดำเนินการแล้ว หรือกำลังดำเนินการอยู่ให้แก่ผู้สูงอายุในเขตเทศบาล โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและเชิงปริมาณ จัดเก็บข้อมูลจากผู้สูงอายุ และสัมภาษณ์เจ้าหน้าที่เทศบาล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพโดยการวิเคราะห์อุปนัย และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้ค่าทางสถิติพื้นฐานคือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้สูงอายุมีความพึงพอใจและต้องการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนันทนาการที่ชุมชนและหน่วยงานราชการจัดให้ทั้ง 4 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยกิจกรรมทางสังคมมีความพึงพอใจและต้องการเข้าร่วมงานเทศกาลงานบุญ งานประเพณี งานเทศกาลต่างๆ กิจกรรมการออกกำลังกาย มีความพึงพอใจและต้องการทำกายบริหาร กิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยวมีความพึงพอใจและต้องการเข้าร่วมการเดินทางท่องเที่ยวตามโบราณสถานต่างๆ และกิจกรรมงานอดิเรกมีความพึงพอใจและต้องการเข้าร่วมเป็นวิทยากรในการอบรมวิชาการและวิชาชีพแก่สังคม และการละเล่นพื้นบ้านสำหรับการบริหารจัดการกิจกรรมนันทนาการที่หน่วยราชการได้ดำเนินการ คือ การปรับปรุงและดำเนินการจัดทำแผนการโดยกำหนดช่วงเวลาการจัดกิจกรรมตามเทศกาลงานบุญต่างๆ และใช้เจ้าหน้าที่ของเทศบาลตำบลหนองน้ำใสและอาสาสมัครเป็นหลักในการติดต่อประสานงานดำเนินการร่วมกับชาวบ้านและผู้สูงอายุตามหมู่บ้าน ในการรวมกลุ่มจัดกิจกรรมนันทนาการทั้งในเวลาเย็นและช่วงเทศกาลต่างๆ THE MANAGEMENT OF THE ELDERLY RECREATION IN SIKIEW MUNICIPLA DISTRCT, SIKIEW DISTRICT, NAKHON RATCHASIMA PROVINCE The study of management for the elderly recreation in Nongnamsai municipal district, Sikiew district, Nakhonratchsima province has two main objectives: to study the satisfaction and desire of elderly concerning four aspects of elderly recreation, which are social activity, exercise activity, traveling activity, and leisure activity, and to study the consistency between elders’ desire of recreation management, which are social activity, exercise activity, traveling activity, and leisure activity and the management of elderly recreation which the community and/or government agencies run for the elders. Research methodology concentrate on quantitative and qualitative research methods. Data collection was performed from elders, and municipal district officers. Inductive analysis was directed to study qualitative data, and percentage, mean and standard deviation analysis were conducted to quantitative data. The results showed that elders satisfied and desire to attend the four aspects of elderly recreation at high level in several forms namely: in social activity, most prefer attended in the important tradition festival, in exercise activity, most like to do kinds of exercise, in travelling activity, most appreciated in travelling to archaeological site, in leisure activity, most desire to be instructor of social training and most also attend in fold plays in their community. The part of elderly recreation management, the study found that official form of planning in elderly recreation in this area are developing and adjusting by assigned to volunteer and a few government officers in Nongnamsai municipal district to co-operate with elders in community to proceed the activities and to formulate elderly group in each village joining recreation activity in every evening and festival time.
