A Study of Elderly Services Business Management in Pathumthani Province

The purposes of this research were to efficiency of elderly care services business
management in Pathumthani province and to compare efficiency of elderly care services
business management in Pathumthani province which were classified by position, number
of personnel and time of business. The population used in this research were 144 Operators
and personals about elderly services business in Pathumthani province from 18 establishment
of each of 8 people. The instrument used for collecting data was questionnaire and the
reliability was .84. The statistics utilized in the data analyses were percentage, mean, standard
deviation and t-test. The findings showed as follow: (1) Efficiency of elderly care services business
management in Pathumthani province in overall aspects at the high level. 2 The comparison
efficiency of elderly care services business management in Pathumthani province by position,
number of personnel and time of business the result was not significantly different. The
results of the research Can enable entrepreneurs to understand about elderly services
business management for create a competitive advantage include effective and effective
management approach.
