Abstract

The purpose of this research aims to examine the Organizational Culture (OC) affecting
Employee Engagement (EE) are (1) The relationship between OC and EE (2) Study of OC affecting EE
(3) The comparison of EE classified by personal’s factors. The data was collected via questionnaires
from a sample group of 240 employees from Sarasas Witaed Chiang Mai School. The primary tools
used to collect and assess the data are as follows: Statistics are concurred with average and mean
for data analysis, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Correlation Coefficient and Multiple regression
analysis.
The results from this study are: (1) The relationship between OC and EE has a correlating
deviation in the form of the OC that focus on the organization’s long term orientation, organization’s
femininity and organization’s uncertainty avoidance which has correlation coefficient = 0.228 0.153 and
0.131 (2) The analysis of OC affecting EE generally is the organization’s long term orientation, which
has statics significance level at 0.01. (3) The result of comparison of EE as classified by gender, age,
salary and years of employment and nationality is difference. There are no differences in the
comparison of marital status, level of education and position, which has static significance level at 0.05
