The Analysis of the Correlation Factors with Regarding Tenants' Selection of the Accommodation Nearby Chandrakasem Rajabhat University

This research aims to study and analyse the correlation factors with regarding the tenants' selection of the accommodation nearby Chandrakasem Rajabhat University. The samples are 400 tenants who rent the accommodation nearby Chandrakasem Rajabhat University. This research designs to use the systematic sampling for the research sampling method. Its tool is the questionnaire that asks about how the tenants selected their accommodation and which factors are correlated to the tenants' decision-making. Such as the marketing and social environment factors. The result shows the confidential values respectively equal to .894, .934 and .885. The canonical correlation is used for analyses the study.
The findings are as below:
1) The canonical correlation of the marketing and social environment factors with regarding the tenants' selection of the accommodation nearby the university. The results show the correlation in each function at .434, .300, .213, .157 and .086 respectively. The first and second functions involve to the level of statistical significance is .01. The 3rd and 5th functions are not statistically significant.
2) The canonical correlation evaluation of the marketing and social environment factors related to the tenants' selection of the accommodation nearby the university. They are correlated to each other in two functions. The collaboration of both functions caused by the independent variables. They are the marketing and social environment factors. Also, the dependent variable is the tenants' selection of the accommodation nearby the university.
