THE NEW NORMAL IN EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION AFTER THE COVID-19

Abstract

      This paper proposes a concept of school educational management to prepare for a new normal following the Covid-19 epidemic, for the benefit of educational administration in Thailand, consists of 5 areas which are (1) The teaching and learning has the following elements of (a) Online learning, (b) Learning in the classroom, (c) Online and offline blended learning, (d) Learning home school. (2) Evaluation of the new normal. (3) Teacher development. (4) Course administration. (5) Managing new resources according to new priorities. The situation of coronavirus 2019 (Covid-19) infection affects all over the world making lifestyle adjustments to be made to ensure safety and reduce the spread of pathogens. In the past, it can be seen that everyone has to adjust a lot in taking care of themselves. As a result, nowadays, I often hear the word new normal or a new way of life in every organization. Each organization will be managed in a new way according to the context of that organization, in the part of the school administrators that need to be studied under lifestyle patterns during the Covid-19 epidemic until the familiar and previously anticipated patterns and practices must be transformed into new normal, such as social spacing, wearing a mask spraying with alcohol, etc.
