Abstract

The purpose of this study was to propose Buddhist attribute administrators in disruptive innovation society. Results of the study showed the effect of Disruptive Society towards Buddhist Attribute Administrators in Disruptive Innovation Society. The composition of Disruptive Society consisted of Volatility, Uncertainty, Systemic complexity, and Ambiguity. The composition of Buddhist Attribute Administrators in Disruptive Innovation Society consisted of creative vision, creative and responsible innovator, manage Buddhist innovation organization, and see the value of being a complete human being. The relationship between these variables will be developed into a causal relationship model for further research phases.
