Abstract
The purposes of this research were; 1) to develop learning activities packages by applying problem-based learning process to enhance the problem solving skills on area of social study, relision and culture for Prathomsuksa 5 students with an efficiency of 80/80 , 2) to study leaning achievements before and after learning activities package, 3) to study problem solving ability and 4) to study attitudes towards learning. The sample consisted of 30 students in Pratomsuksa 5 in the first semester academic year 2016 of BanHinwong school, Sattahip District, Chonburi Province, under the Office of Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 by using cluster random sampling. The research instruments were the learning activities package leaning achievement test, problem solving test, attitudes test. The statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test.
The results of the study were as follows:
- The development of learning activities package by using application problem-based learning process for enhancing the problem solving skills on area of social study, relision and culture for Prathomsuksa 5 students had efficiency of E1/E2 = 82.33/ 82.89.
2 The achievement of the students after being taught by learning activities package by applying problem-based learning process to enhance the problem solving skills was significantly higher than that before it at the statistically significant level of .05.
- The ability to solve the problem of the students after being taught by learning activities package by applying problem-based learning process to enhance the problem solving skills was significantly higher than that before it at 70 %.
- The attitudes of the students to learning by applying problem-based learning process to enhance the problem solving skills mainly was definitely agree at = 4.72 and S.D. = 0.48.
