ปัญหาและแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนบ้านฉางกาญจนกุลวิทยา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18

Abstract

The objective of the research is to study problems of and solutions to academic affairs in

Banchangkarnchanakulwittaya School under  the  Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18.The population of the research was 92 administrators and teachers. The instrument was a questionnaire. The statistical analysis were frequency, percentage, mean ,standard deviation, one-way ANOVA and least significant difference.

The results of this research were: 1. Problems of the development of academic affairs, the overall and individual aspects were at a moderate level. 2. The Comparison of problems divided by positions,  the overall and individual differences were statistically insignificant. Excepted,  the research of improving the quality of education , the development of medias, and innovation and technology for education.             The difference was statistically significant at the .05 level and the Comparison of problems divided by experiences and the academic standings, the overall and individual aspects were statistically significantly different at the .05 level.   3. This research gives six guiding approaches for the development of academic administration.
