Abstract
This research aims 1) to study the present and desirable Learning of Teachers Office of Primary Educational Service Area Nakhon Ratchasima Zone 7 and 2) to guide the development of teacher learning of Primary Educational Service Area Nakhon Ratchasima Zone 7. The sample used in this research include teachers in schools under the Office of Nakhon Ratchasima Educational Zone 7 of 331 people. The instruments used in the study queries about the current state and the desired state of learning of the teacher and a semi-structured interview. The statistics used in data analysis were mean, standard deviation and the index needs.
The research found that :
1. Elements and indicators of learning of the teacher Office of Primary Educational Service Area Nakhon Ratchasima Zone 7 consists of 3 elements, 42 indicators overall are appropriate at a high level.
2. The current state of learning of the teacher Office of Primary Educational Service Area Nakhon Ratchasima Zone 7 overall are moderate. Considering that it was found moderate in all aspects in descending order from the highest to lowest priority of the three teaching preparation. Implementation of instruction and evaluation. The desirable state of learning of the teacher Office of Primary Educational Service Area Nakhon Ratchasima Zone 7. The overall level considering it was found that in all aspects sort by average from most to least three consecutive starts is the measurement and evaluation the actions and teachings Preparation Tutorial.
3. Guidelines for Management Development Learning teacher Under
The research found that :
