การจัดการความขัดแย้งภายในสถานศึกษาของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี เขต 1
Abstract
The objectives of this research were to study and to compare how to manage conflict within the schools of the principals under Suratthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 which according to a review of school administrators and teachers divided by the type of school. The study was used a survey from opinion of principals and teachers under Suratthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, which was 194 samplings. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze the data were Frequency, Percentage, Mean, SD., and t-test.
The results showed that;
1. The way to manage conflict within the schools of the principals under Suratthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 for overall was at high level.
2. The comparison result of how to manage conflict within the schools of the principals
Under Suratthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 which according to a review of school administrators and teachers divided by the type of school was differ in comments statistically significant at .05 level.
