Abstract
The purpose of this research were to 1) study the elements and indicators for Enhance Creative Teacher Leadership under the Kalasin Primary Education Service Area Office 2 2) study the present and desirable for Enhance Creative Teacher Leadership under the Kalasin Primary Education Service Area Office 2 3) Development Guidelines for Enhance Creative Teacher Leadership under the Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 The population consisted of school administrators and teachers under the Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 are 1,710 people. The sample consisted of 315, 32 administrators and 283 teachers. The people who were randomly stratified landscape. The tools used to gather information as scales five levels. The questionnaire consists of current conditions and desired leadership, creative teacher. Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 has the distinguish from 0.60 to 0.92, with a value of 0.98 was used for statistical data analysis were mean and standard deviation. The result of this research were as follow : 1. Elements and Indicators creative leadership of teachers. Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 overall at the highest level. 2. The current state of leadership, creative teacher. Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 of overall level. Considering it was found that all sides are high the desirable state leadership, creative teacher. Under the Primary Educational Service AreaOffice2 overall at the highest level. Considering that it was found. In most aspects. 3. Assessment of the suitability and feasibility.
