Abstract
The research aimed to 1) of the school Under the office of Secondary Educational 2) Present and desirable characteristic 3) for Internal Mentoring-Supervision in the school Under the Office of Secondary Educational 3 to develop a guideline for Internal Mentoring-Supervision in the school Under the Office of Secondary Educational. The statistics for analyses of data included the mean, percentage, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient. Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. Priority need of index and content analysis the results of the study revealed the following 1. The 4 process for Internal Mentoring-Supervision were 1) supervisory preparing 2) supervisory planning 3) supervisory implementation and 4) supervisory evaluation and amounts of 40 activities 2. The present characteristics of Internal Mentoring- Supervision the mean at moderate level, and the desirable characteristics of Internal Mentoring - Supervision the mean a high test level 3) The guideline for Internal Mentoring-Supervision in the school Under Secondary Educational were as follows; schools should be prepared before the supervisors. Create a common understanding between the teachers and administrators, teachers and supervisors who oversee. Schools should inform the supervisory assessment of the recipient in order to acknowledge the supervisory recommendations or guidelines on
