บทคัดย่อ

          การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับของปัจจัยด้านภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหาร แรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ของครู บรรยากาศในองค์การ และประสิทธิผลการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 3 2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยด้านภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหาร แรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ของครู และบรรยากาศในองค์การ กับประสิทธิผลการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 3 และ 3) สร้างสมการพยากรณ์ของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 3 จำนวน 108 คน และครูผู้สอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 3 จำนวน 297 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางของ Krejcie & Morgan และใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.29 – 0.74 ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ 0.91 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน  และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การถดถอยพหุคูณ

              ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

                   1) ระดับปัจจัยด้านภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหาร ตัวแปรปัจจัยด้านบรรยากาศองค์การ ปัจจัยด้านบรรยากาศองค์การ และ ปัจจัยด้านแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ของครู โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และประสิทธิผลการจัดการเรียนการสอนครู โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

                 2) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 3 มีความสัมพันธ์ในทางบวกทุกตัว และมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

                   3) สมการพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 3 ในรูปคะแนนดิบ ได้แก่

              และ สมการพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 3 ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน ได้แก่

ABSTRACT

          The present research aimed to 1) study the levels of factors namely, the academic leadership of the administrators, the achievement motive of the teachers, the organizational climate, and the effectiveness in learning and teaching management of the teachers in schools under the supervision of Maha Sarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, 2) study the relationship between the academic leadership of the administrators, the achievement motive of the teachers, and the organizational climate with the effectiveness in learning and teaching management of the teachers in schools under the supervision of Maha Sarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, and 3) construct the prediction equations of the factors that affect the effectiveness in learning and teaching management of the teachers in schools under the supervision of Maha Sarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office 3.  The samples of the study were 108 school administrators and 297 teachers in the schools under the supervision of Maha Sarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office 3.   The sample size was determined by employing Krejcie & Morgan’s sampling size table.  Then, the stratified random sampling technique was used.  The research instrument was the questionnaire constructed by the researcher.  The discrimination value was between 0.29 – 0.74 and the reliability of the whole questionnaire was 0.91. The statistics used for data analysis were Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient, and Multiple Regression Analysis.

              The results found in the study were as follows:

                   1) The overall aspect of the factors, namely, administrators’ academic leadership, the organizational climate, and the teachers’ achievement motives were rated at high level.  Similarly, the effectiveness in learning and teaching management of the teachers was also found at high level.

                   2) The relationship of all the factors that affect the effectiveness in learning and teaching management of the teachers in schools under the supervision of Maha Sarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 was found to be positive with the statistical significance at the .01 level.                           3) The prediction equation of raw scores for the effectiveness in learning and teaching management of the teachers in schools under the supervision of Maha Sarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 was
