บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับของความสามารถในการเผชิญปัญหาและฟันฝ่าอุปสรรค ความฉลาดทางสังคม และความเมตตากรุณาต่อตนเอง ของทหารกองประจำการ กองบังคับการกองการฝึกพลทหารศูนย์การฝึกหน่วยบัญชาการนาวิกโยธิน กองทัพเรือ และ 2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความสามารถในการเผชิญปัญหาและฟันฝ่าอุปสรรค ความฉลาดทางสังคม และความเมตตากรุณาต่อตนเองของทหารกองประจำการ กองบังคับการกองการฝึกพลทหารศูนย์การฝึกหน่วยบัญชาการนาวิกโยธิน กองทัพเรือ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ทหารกองประจำการ ปี 2568 ผลัด 2 จำนวน 330 คน จากสูตรของ Yamane เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่ผ่านการทดสอบค่าความเที่ยงตรงของเนื้อหาและความเชื่อมั่น สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ ค่าสหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ความสามารถในการเผชิญปัญหาและฟันฝ่าอุปสรรค ความฉลาดทางสังคม และความเมตตากรุณาต่อตนเอง ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ความสามารถในการเผชิญปัญหาและฟันฝ่าอุปสรรค
มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับความฉลาดทางสังคมของทหารกองประจำการ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (P<.01) 3) ความสามารถในการเผชิญปัญหาและฟันฝ่าอุปสรรค มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับความเมตตากรุณาต่อตนเองของทหารกองประจำการ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (P<.01) และ 4) ความฉลาดทางสังคม มีความ สัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับความเมตตากรุณาต่อตนเองของทหารกองประจำการ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (P<.01)
