The Relationship of Adversity Quotient, Social Intelligence and Self-Compassion of Conscripts at the Command Unit, Marine Corps Recruit Training Center, Royal Thai Navy.

Abstract
This study aimed to: 1) examine level of adversity quotient, social intelligence and self-compassion of conscripts at the command unit, Marine Corps recruit training center, royal Thai navy; and 2) investigate the relationship between adversity quotient, social intelligence and self-compassion of conscripts at the command unit, Marine Corps recruit training center, royal Thai navy. The 330 by Yamane formula consisted from the 2025 conscript’s term, second intake. Data collected by questionnaires. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson correlation coefficient. The study found that 1) adversity quotient, social intelligence and self-compassion meet at high level overall, 2) the significant positive correlation relationship between overall adversity quotient with social intelligence of conscripts (P<.01), 3) the significant positive correlation relationship between overall adversity quotient with self-compassion of conscripts(P<.01), and 4) the significant positive correlation relationship between overall social intelligence, and
self-compassion of conscripts (P<.01).
