Project Management Innovation of Real Estate Business in Nonthaburi Province

Abstract
The three objectives of this article were: 1) to described the project management of real estate businesses in the Nonthaburi Province area 2) to indentified factors affecting the success of project management of the real estate business in the Nonthaburi Province area and 3) to propose Project management innovation of real estate business in Nonthaburi province This studies is a qualitative research. Using documentary research methods Scope of content according to the guidelines of Project management theories of Larson, W. & Clifford. F. G. (2011) and the content of factors affecting success in project management of Kerzner, H. (2017) by interviewing entrepreneurs. and related people or a representative with experience in the matter studied which affects the substance with information and requires special expertise, experts, or knowledge of the Interviewed. It was important information for 15 experts and the obtained information was used using the principles of thematic analysis.
The results of the research found that: 1) described the project management of the real estate business in Nonthaburi Province, namely the change in technology. Consumer behavior changes and traditional project management aspects. 2) to indentified factors affecting success in project management of real estate businesses in Nonthaburi Province, namely start and end times according to agreements. Appropriate working capital Standard output Satisfied customers Opportunity to listen to information Arrange correct order according to plan and make changes to satisfy customers and 3) to presented innovations in project management of the real estate business in Nonthaburi province, that is, every party is participants in the project. activated concept framework Quick troubleshooting and all parties are satisfied.
