THE SUCCESS FACTORS OF BRITISH RETAIL CONSORTIUM (BRC) AND LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT IN THE FEED INDUSTRY

Abstract
The objectives of this study were 1) to study the British Retail Consortium affecting the logistics success and food safety standards for the animal feed industry 2) to study potential of personnel affecting the logistics success and food safety standards for the animal feed industry. This research uses quantitative research with an online questionnaire as a tool for collecting sample data. A method of selecting a convenience sample of 400 people. Sample size by using the Tarot formula (Taro Yamane, 1973, pp. 886-887). The statistical values used in the data analysis were frequencies, percentage, mean, standard deviation, inferential statistics and multiple regression analysis. The research results found that: most of the respondents were female. From the hypothesis testing, it was found that 1) the different personal factor affected the logistics success and food safety standards for the animal feed industry with statistical significance at the 0.05 level 2) British Retail Consortium affected the logistics success and food safety standards for the animal feed industry with statistical significance at the 0.05 3) potential of personnel with expertise affected the logistics success and food safety standards for the animal feed industry with statistical significance at the 0.05 level,
