Teachers’ and Staffs’ Opinions towards Needs and Guidelines for the Enhancement of the Creative Leadership of the Administers of Bangplama Soongsumarnphadungwit School, Suphanburi Province

Abstract
This research aimed to explore the actual and desired states as well as needs for proposing guidelines on the enhancement of the creative leadership of the administers of Bangplama Soongsumarnphadungwit School, Suphanburi Province, Thailand. The research investigated a population of 115 teachers and staffs working for the school in the academic year 2021. The instruments were questionnaire with Likert scale questions and semi-structure interviews. Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, the Modified Priority Needs Index (PNI modified), and the Item-Objective Congruence (IOC).
The result revealed that 1) all aspects of the actual states and the desired states were high and very high, respectively. According to the respondents’ opinions towards creative leadership, needs in terms of vision, imagination, and feasibility were found respectively. 2) Guidelines on the enhancement of the creative leadership of the administers were as follows: 2.1) in terms of vision, the administers should implement planning for the operation to reach the goals; 2.2) in terms of imagination, they were recommended to dedicate themselves to their work to boost creativity and efficiency and apply useful techniques for the success of their work; and 2.3) in terms of feasibility, they were recommended to have capability and use a variety of techniques relatively consistent across situations.
