The Potential of Problem Solving Particulate Matter (PM2.5) of Subistrict Administrative Organization Amphoe Bang Kruai, Nonthaburi Province

Abstract

The purposes of this research were (1) to study potential of problem solving particulate matter (PM2.5) (2) to study problem solving motivation, problem solving characteristics and practical skills of subdistrict administrative organization. (3) to create predictive equation for the potential of problem solving particulate matter (PM2.5) of subdistrict administrative organization amphoe bang kruai nonthaburi province. The sample group was 166 Manager and Operator selected through Simple Sampling. The statistical in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple regression analysis by using the Computer program. The results were as follows: (1) The potential of problem solving particulate matter (PM2.5) overall was at a high level (2) The problem solving motivation, problem solving characteristics and practical skills overall was at a high level (3) For the forecast multiple regression analysis using personal status factors, problem solving motivation, problem solving characteristics and practical skills as a forecast variable. Found education, work, experience, position, income, problem solving motivation, problem solving characteristics and practical skills was a factor that affects the potential of problem solving particulate matter (PM2.5) at .05 level significance. The forecast equations for potential of problem solving particulate matter (PM2.5) were 87 percent. The forecast equations were as follows: Equation of raw score Y =.804 + .410 (education) + .085 (experience) + .110 (position) + .610 (income) + .213 (problem solving motivation) + .192 (problem solving characteristics) + .291 (practical skills) Equation of standard score Z = 1.155 (Z_education) + 3.882 (Z_experience) + 0.224 (Z_position) + 3.825 (Z_income) + 0.254 (_{Zproblem solving motivation}) + 0.203 (_{Zproblem solving characteristics}) + 0.433 (Z_{practical skills})
