Abstract

            The research has the objectives for 1) to study of a level of Human Resource Development in a medical and nursing service staff in a large private hospital in Bangkok 2) to compare a level of opinion of Human Resource Development in a medical and nursing service staff in a large private hospital in Bangkok classify by personal factor.


            The Sample is the medical and nursing service staff in a large private hospital in Bangkok. The sample group size classification employed W.G. Cochran method. Totally, there were 400 samples. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The statistical analysis employed frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Analyzing the data tests the hypothesis, use T-Test statistics, F-Test statistics, One-way ANOVA with Fisher’s Least Significant Difference Post Hoc Tests from using statistical package.


            The results of research were found as follows: (1) the overall of a level of an opinion of in a medical and nursing service staff in a large private hospital in Bangkok to Human Resource Development is High. Considering in each dependent variable found; a medical and nursing service staff interested in training, development and education consecutively. (2) Comparing the level of opinion of a medical and nursing service staff classify by personal factor found; there were significant differences in age, education level, work timing and salary at the .05 level of significance. Meanwhile, there were no significant differences in gender, marital status and position.
