การศึกษาขอบข่ายองค์ประกอบและพัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้การบริหารเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาขอบข่ายองค์ประกอบและพัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้การบริหารเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ มีวิธีการดำเนินการวิจัย 2 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ศึกษาขอบข่ายขององค์ประกอบการบริหารเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ด้วยแบบบันทึกข้อมูลตามระบบจำแนกประเภท โดยการสังเคราะห์เอกสาร และขั้นตอนที่ 2 พัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้การบริหารเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา โดยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้วยแบบวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาระบบ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ขอบข่ายองค์ประกอบและพัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้การบริหารเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ประกอบด้วย 7 องค์ประกอบ จำนวน 48 ตัวบ่งชี้ ได้แก่ 1. การกำหนดโครงสร้างและจัดผังสมาชิกเครือข่าย จำนวน 5 ตัวบ่งชี้ 2. การกำหนดหลักการและนโยบายของเครือข่าย จำนวน 8 ตัวบ่งชี้ 3. การกำหนดขอบข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ จำนวน 7 ตัวบ่งชี้ 4. การวางแผน ดำเนินการ ปฏิบัติงาน และสะท้อนผลการดำเนินงาน การบริหารเครือข่าย จำนวน 8 ตัวบ่งชี้ 5. การมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิก จำนวน 5 ตัวบ่งชี้ 6. การสร้างความสัมพันธ์ในเครือข่าย จำนวน 5 ตัวบ่งชี้ และ 7. การสื่อสารและการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในเครือข่าย จำนวน 10 ตัวบ่งชี้
