ความพร้อมในการปรับตัวของนักศึกษาครูมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏวไลยอลงกรณ์ ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ ตามแนวคิด BANI World

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์ระดับความพร้อมในการปรับตัวตามแนวคิด BANI World ของนักศึกษาครู มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏวไลยอลงกรณ์ ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ 2) เปรียบเทียบระดับความพร้อมในการปรับตัวเข้าตามแนวคิด BANI World จำแนกตามเพศ และ 3) เสนอแนะแนวทางในการพัฒนานักศึกษาครูเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมตามแนวคิด BANI world กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นักศึกษาครู จํานวน 140 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตรประมาณค่า 4 ระดับ มีค่าความเที่ยงแบบวิธีสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบากเท่ากับ .904 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบทีแบบกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นอิสระต่อกัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับความพร้อมในการปรับตัวของนักศึกษาครูมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏวไลยอลงกรณ์ ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ ตามแนวคิด BANI World โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างสูง ( = 3.05, SD = .33) 2) ความพร้อมในการปรับตัวของนักศึกษาครูมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏวไลยอลงกรณ์ ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ ตามแนวคิด BANI World ไม่แตกต่างกันตามเพศของนักศึกษา (t = .327, p = .744) และ 3) แนวทางในการพัฒนานักศึกษาครูเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมตามแนวคิด BANI world มี 5 แนวทาง ได้แก่ (1) พัฒนาทักษะการปรับตัวและการจัดการกับความเปลี่ยนแปลง (2) ส่งเสริมทักษะด้านเทคโนโลยีและการเรียนรู้ดิจิทัล (3) เสริมสร้างความสามารถในการทำงานร่วมกัน และความเห็นอกเห็นใจ (4) ฝึกการคิดสร้างสรรค์เพื่อออกแบบการเรียนการสอนที่ตอบโจทย์ และ (5) สร้างความตระหนักในจริยธรรมและความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม
