บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันไลน์โอเอเพื่อการรู้ดิจิทัลสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ 2) ประเมินทักษะการรู้ดิจิทัลของผู้สูงอายุหลังใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันไลน์โอเอที่พัฒนาขึ้น และ 3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้สูงอายุหลังใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันไลน์โอเอที่พัฒนาขึ้น กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ผู้สูงอายุในอำเภอบางปะอิน จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา จำนวน 30 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ประกอบด้วย 1) แอปพลิเคชันไลน์โอเอที่พัฒนาขึ้น 2) แบบประเมินคุณภาพ 3) แบบประเมินทักษะการรู้ดิจิทัล และ 4) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าทดสอบที
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) แอปพลิเคชันไลน์โอเอที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีคุณภาพด้านเนื้อหาอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.68 ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.47 ด้านเทคนิคและการออกแบบมีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.62 มีค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.49 2) ผู้สูงอายุมีทักษะทักษะการรู้ดิจิทัลหลังใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันไลน์โอเอที่พัฒนาขึ้นสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ร้อยละ 70 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ 3) ผู้สูงอายุมีความพึงพอใจหลังใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันไลน์โอเอที่พัฒนาขึ้นโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.76 ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.47
