การออกแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงระบบร่วมกับแนวทางการวางแผนการเงินเพื่อสร้างวินัยการเงินของนักศึกษาในฐานวิถีชีวิตใหม่

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่ออภิปราย และยกตัวอย่างที่เป็นรูปธรรมเกี่ยวกับการนำกระบวนการออกแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงระบบร่วมกับแนวทางการวางแผนการเงิน มาช่วยสร้างวินัยการเงินสำหรับนักศึกษา สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในชีวิตประจำวันได้ โดยเฉพาะในภาวะยุคโควิดหรือยุคของเศรษฐกิจที่อยู่ในภาวะความยากลำบาก จึงนำเสนอการออกแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงระบบ ประกอบด้วย 5 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) การวิเคราะห์ 2) การออกแบบและพัฒนา 3) การนำไปใช้ 4) การประเมินผล และ 5) การเผยแพร่/แบ่งปันความรู้ ซึ่งบูรณาการเนื้อหาการสร้างวินัยการเงิน ประกอบด้วย การรวบรวมข้อมูลและการตั้งเป้าหมายทางการเงิน การวิเคราะห์และประเมินข้อมูล การเขียนแผนปฏิบัติการ การดำเนินการตามแผนปฏิบัติการการเงิน และการทบทวนแก้ไข แผนการเงินเป็นระยะ ๆ การดำเนินการดังกล่าว มุ่งเน้นให้นักศึกษาสามารถบริหารการเงินของตนเองได้อย่างมีความสุข และเหมาะสมกับความจำเป็นเพื่อการดำรงชีวิตประจำวัน สามารถวางแผนการใช้เงิน การเพิ่มรายได้ ลดรายจ่ายที่ไม่จำเป็น การประเมินการใช้เงิน เป็นการฝึกคุณลักษณะนิสัยที่ดีในฐานะเป็นพลเมืองไทยและพลโลกที่มีความเข้มแข็ง ลดปัญหาการสร้างภาระหนี้สิน อันเกิดจากค่าใช้จ่ายที่ไม่จำเป็น ด้วยการน้อมนำผสานส่วนของปัญญา กาย และจิตใจมาใช้ร่วมกัน และผู้สอนสามารถนำมาใช้พัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้ได้อย่างมีคุณค่า
