THE TEACHERS’ DEVELOPMENT OF MAKING LEARNING MEDIA OF THE 21st CENTURY ACCORDING TO THE PROJECT OF THONBURI UNIVERSITY WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE EDUCATIONAL QUALITY AND LOCAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE PRIMARY SCHOOL LEVEL AND EXPANDING OPPORTUNITY SCHOOLS UNDER SAMUTSONGKRAM PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE

Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to develop the process of teachers’ development of making instructional media of the 21st century. 2) To study the result of the teachers’ development of making instructional media of the 21st century, and 3) to learn about the lessons learned from the teachers’ development of the production of learning management media in the 21st century. The purposive samples were 44 teachers’ personnel in primary schools and school expansion opportunity under the Samutsongkram Primary Educational Service Area Office are obtained selecting a sample random. The research instruments included 1) the process of the teachers’ development, 2) tests before and after training, 3) the assessment form for learning materials, 4) the questionnaires satisfaction towards the training management and 5) the questionnaires of the lesson learned. The statistics used information analyzed by content analysis, frequency distribution, percentage, average standard deviation, and dependent t-test.
The findings were as followed: 1) The process of teachers’ development in media production learning management in the 21st century has got 7 steps which were: 1.1) participative training course design, 1.2) development training courses by specialists, 1.3) training both theory and practice, 1.4) take the creations that have been developed to test, 1.5) presenting results from best practices, 1.6) organizes a forum to exchange knowledge between participants and experts, 1.7) the lessons learned from the project implementation. 2) The result of teachers’ development in the production of learning media in the 21st century found that: 2.1) the participants had a statistically significantly higher score after the training than before the training at the .01 level. 2.2) the evaluation results of the learning materials developed by the participants were at a very good level and 2.3) the overall satisfaction with the training was at a very good level. And 3) results of lessons learned found that: 3.1) strength were as followed: what the trainees received met their expectations, the training can be applied to the results of teaching and learning management/learners’ development, self-development/profession, and school development/organization, training management has factors to achieve the objectives as expected, training management has good things. It worked and should be continued, and training has a way to extend and expand knowledge to sustainability. 3.2) limitations were as followed: bringing the results from the training to experiment with problems in terms of result face problems in both of production and media preparation in the use of media, training still has issues that need to be improved, training has things that are not useful, and training management also has suggestions on how to be organized for the next activities.
