THE INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT PSYCHOLOGICAL EMPOWERMENT AND ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE ON WORK ENGAGEMENT JOB SATISFACTION AND JOB PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEE RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY IN BANGKOK

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to 1) study factors influencing work engagement, 2) study factors influencing job satisfaction, 3) study factors influencing job performance and 4) validate a causal relationship model of the influencing of organizational support, psychological empowerment and organizational justice on work engagement, job satisfaction and job performance of employee Rajabhat University in Bangkok. Research method, the researcher collected data by questionnaire with 500 employee Rajabhat University in Bangkok. The samples consisted of 500 employee Rajabhat University in Bangkok. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistic, factor analysis, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis.
The research findings were as follows: 1) Organizational support, psychological empowerment and organization justice had a positive direct influence on work engagement. 2) Organizational support, psychological empowerment and organization justice had a positive direct influence on job satisfaction. 3) Work engagement and job satisfaction had a positive direct influence on job performance. And 4) the causal relationship model was fitted with empirical data. X2= 195.762, df = 189, X2/df = 1.036, p = 0.458, GFI = 0.977, AGFI = 0.956 and RMSEA = 0.009.
