DEVELOPMENT OF A SCHOOL MANAGEMENT MODEL FOR SUSTAINABLE QUALITY SCHOOL AT NONGPRUE MUNICIPAL KINDERGARTEN SCHOOL, BANGLAMUNG DISTRICT, CHONBURI PROVINCE

Abstract
This research aimed to develop a school management model for achieving sustainable quality school at Nong Prue Municipal Kindergarten School, Bang Lamung District, Chonburi Province. The research process was divided into four steps as follows: 1) study foundational data for developing a school management model aimed at achieving sustainable quality school, 2) develop and validate a school management model for achieving sustainable quality education school by drafting the model based on data from Step 1 and assessing its appropriateness through consultations with experts, 3) implement the school management model for achieving sustainable quality. 4) evaluate the school management model for achieving sustainable quality school through questionnaires and feedback from respondents. Data were analyzed using mean and standard deviation.
The findings revealed that 1) the model integrated principles of continuous total quality management, participatory management, and the 5G continuous quality development process, aligned with the evaluation criteria for the Royal School Award, with the goal of achieving sustainable quality within a 10-year period, 2) the developed model consisted of five components: management principles, objectives, scope of school management responsibilities, guidelines for evaluating school management performance, and factors contributing to success, 3) the results of implementing the model showed that its overall operational alignment was rated at the highest level. The evaluation of the model's user manual indicated that its overall appropriateness was rated at a high level. According to the evaluation criteria for the Royal School Award, the school demonstrated excellence by receiving the Royal School Award for large-scale preschools three times within a 10-year period, in the academic years 2014, 2019, and 2023, along with the Royal Award plaque, 4) the evaluation of the model’s benefits and cost-effectiveness revealed that the model was considered highly beneficial and cost-effective. Additionally, the evaluation of satisfaction with the model showed that educational personnel expressed the highest level of satisfaction.
