THE DEVELOPMENT OF COMPETENCY-BASED LEARNING MODEL BY USING PROJECT-BASED LEARNING WITH AUTOMATIC SUPPORT SYSTEM TO ENHANCE THE WORKING POTENTIAL FOR BACHELOR’S DEGREE STUDENT

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to: 1) develop of Competency-based Learning Model by using Project-based Learning with Automatic Support System to Enhance the Working Potential for Bachelor’s Degree Student, 2) find efficiency of the developed competency-based learning model, 3) compare the learners’ learning achievements before and after learning with the developed competency-based learning model, 4) study the learners’ practice results of tasks with the developed competency-based learning model, and 5) study the learners’ project quality after learning with the developed competency-based learning model. The samples used in this research were 20 undergraduate students, Bachelor of Education Program, Major in computer education, Nakhon Pathom Rajabphat University, which derived from drawing a simple random classroom sampling. The tools used in this research consisted of the competency-based plan, online lessons, learning achievements evaluation tests, the evaluation of practice results form of competency-based work, and the evaluation quality form of projects. The statistics used in this research were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test dependent sample.
The result findings showed that 1) the overall results of Competency-based Learning Model by using Project-based Learning with Automatic Support System to Enhance the Working Potential for Bachelor’s Degree Student was at a very good level, 2) the efficiency of the developed competency-based learning model was 83.71/81.29, which according to the setting criteria of 80/80, 3) the learners’ learning achievements after learning with the developed competency-based learning model was higher than before learning at the statistically significant value of .05, 4) 85 percent of all learners’ practice results passed the criteria at a good level, and 5) the total quality of learners’ projects was at a very good level.
