บทคัดย่อ
ในการพัฒนาเมืองและการฟื้นฟูเมืองเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตและสร้างเมืองที่ยั่งยืนนั้น การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนและภาคส่วนต่าง ๆ มีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่ง การศึกษานี้ได้ใช้เทคนิคการสัมภาษณ์เชิงคุณภาพกับผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการพัฒนาเมืองในประเทศไทย เพื่อวิเคราะห์และเข้าใจถึงปัจจัยสำคัญและผลกระทบของการพัฒนาเมืองและการฟื้นฟูเมืองที่มีส่วนร่วม ผลการวิจัยชี้ให้เห็นว่าการเลือกพื้นที่โครงการที่มีศักยภาพและการมีเป้าหมายและวัตถุประสงค์ที่ชัดเจนนั้นสำคัญ โดยมีการร่วมมือระหว่างภาครัฐและเอกชน รวมถึงการให้ข้อมูลที่โปร่งใสและการประเมินผลกระทบทางสิ่งแวดล้อมเป็นประจำ นอกจากนี้ยังมีข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อพัฒนาทรัพยากรบุคคล การใช้นวัตกรรม และการสร้างกลไกการมีส่วนร่วมที่เอื้อต่อทุกภาคส่วน ซึ่งเป็นข้อมูลสำคัญที่สามารถนำไปสู่การพัฒนานโยบายและแผนการพัฒนาเมืองและการฟื้นฟูเมืองที่มีประสิทธิภาพและยั่งยืน
