บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยและพัฒนานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและศึกษาผลการใช้รูปแบบการนิเทศทางการพยาบาลในคลินิกเพื่อป้องกันปอดอักเสบจากการใช้เครื่องช่วยหายใจในหอผู้ป่วยบำบัดวิกฤต โรงพยาบาลพหลพลพยุหเสนา เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แนวคำถามที่ใช้ในการสนทนากลุ่ม แบบสอบถามความรู้ แบบประเมินการปฏิบัติการนิเทศทางการพยาบาลและแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อรูปแบบการนิเทศทางคลินิก ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของเครื่องมือโดยการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ตรวจสอบความเชื่อมั่นโดยวิธีการหาสัมประสิทธิแอลฟาครอนบาค วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพโดยการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยการใช้สถิติพรรณนาได้แก่การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและสถิติทดลอบที
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) รูปแบบการนิเทศประกอบด้วย 8 องค์ประกอบ มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยการปฏิบัติการนิเทศทางการพยาบาลในคลินิกเพื่อป้องกันการเกิดปอดอักเสบจากการใช้เครื่องช่วยหายใจหลังใช้รูปแบบในระดับมากและมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจต่อรูปแบบการนิเทศทางการพยาบาลเพื่อป้องกันปอดอักเสบจากการใช้เครื่องช่วยหายใจในระดับมากกลุ่มผู้รับการนิเทศมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยความรู้เรื่องการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลเพื่อป้องกันการเกิดปอดอักเสบมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 มีค่าเฉลี่ยการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลเพื่อป้องกันการเกิดปอดอักเสบจากการใช้เครื่องช่วยหายใจหลังการใช้รูปแบบสูงกว่าก่อนการใช้รูปแบบอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<.05) และมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจระดับมากและหลังการใช้รูปแบบพบว่าผลลัพธ์การเกิดอุบัติการณ์การเกิดปอดอักเสบจากการใช้เครื่องช่วยหายใจลดลง
