การรู้กฎหมายลิขสิทธิ์ของบรรณารักษ์ห้องสมุดกฎหมายในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการรู้กฎหมายลิขสิทธิ์ของบรรณารักษ์ห้องสมุดกฎหมายในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และเปรียบเทียบการรู้กฎหมายลิขสิทธิ์ของบรรณารักษ์ จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษาและประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย คือ บรรณารักษ์จำนวน 80 คน จากห้องสมุดกฎหมายในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร 15 แห่ง โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบทดสอบ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วยสถิติ t-test independent ผลการวิจัยพบว่า บรรณารักษ์มีระดับการรู้กฎหมายลิขสิทธิ์โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ทั้งด้านกฎหมายลิขสิทธิ์และกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง และด้านกฎหมายลิขสิทธิ์ในงานห้องสมุดและบรรณารักษ์โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลางเช่นกัน เมื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับการรู้กฎหมายลิขสิทธิ์ จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษาและประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน พบว่า บรรณารักษ์ที่มีระดับการศึกษาและประสบการณ์ในการทำงานต่างกัน มีการรู้กฎหมายลิขสิทธิ์โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
