The Study of Cooperation Process to Develop Dismissed to Popular School of Kampheang Phet Rajabjat University

Abstract

                Quantitative methods was used to study of co-operative in the development of collapsed small schools toward popular school of Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University, Data were collected via 21 in-depth interviews. The data was used in the study was an interview which has four frameworks include the following, academic, budgeting, personal administration and general administration. A total was in December 2013 to May 2014. The data was analyzed by content analysis.

                The results of the study of was co-operative in the development of collapsed small schools toward popular school of Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University follow har 6 components and 4 procedures, it was called as six-G model, namely,(1) gather to perceive (2) gather visualize (3) gather to plan (4) gather to adjust (5) gather to celebrate and (6) gather to develop. Moreover, six-G model has 4 procedures, as following, (1) gather to perceive + visualize + plan (2) gather to visualize + plan + adjust (3) gather to plan + adjust + celebrate and (4) gather to celebrate + develop + perceive
