แนวทางการพัฒนาศูนย์พัฒนาศักยภาพเยาวชนสตรีแกนนำบนพื้นที่สูง วัดวิเวกวนาราม ตำบลหนองหาร อำเภอสันทราย จังหวัดเชียงใหม่

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

                การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินงาน ศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคการดำเนินงาน และเพื่อหาแนวทางการพัฒนาของศูนย์พัฒนาศักยภาพเยาวสตรีแกนนำบนพื้นที่สูงวัดวิเวกวนารามตำบลหนองหาร อำเภอสันทราย จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ เลขานุการของศูนย์พัฒนาศักยภาพเยาวสตรีแกนนำบนพื้นที่สูง วัดวิเวกวนาราม เยาวสตรีในศูนย์พัฒนาศักยภาพเยาวสตรีแกนนำบนพื้นที่สูง วัดวิเวกวนาราม จำนวน 250 คน บุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องในศูนย์พัฒนาศักยภาพเยาวสตรีแกนนำบนพื้นที่สูง วัดวิเวกวนาราม จำนวน 5 คน เครื่องมือในการวิจัย ได้แก่ บทสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งมีโครงสร้าง แบบสอบถาม การสนทนากลุ่มย่อย สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

                ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

                1.  ศูนย์พัฒนาศักยภาพเยาวสตรีแกนนำบนพื้นที่สูง วัดวิเวกวนารามได้ประยุกต์กิจกรรมการปฏิบัติธรรมหรือกิจกรรมทางศาสนา ให้สามารถเป็นกิจกรรมนันทนาการและใช้ในชีวิตประจำวันได้  และการดำเนินงานศูนย์โดยรวมมีระดับปัญหาและอุปสรรคในระดับที่น้อย (ค่าเฉลี่ย 1.23) โดยมีปัญหาและอุปสรรคในด้านการพัฒนาจิตใจอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (ค่าเฉลี่ย 2.66) ด้านการพัฒนาสติปัญญาอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (ค่าเฉลี่ย 2.26) ด้านการพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพอยู่ในระดับน้อย (ค่าเฉลี่ย 1.87) ด้านการพัฒนาศีลธรรมอยู่ในระดับน้อย (ค่าเฉลี่ย 1.77) ด้านการพัฒนาพฤติกรรมอยู่ในระดับน้อย (ค่าเฉลี่ย 1.36) ตามลำดับ

                     2. แนวทางการพัฒนาของศูนย์ควรที่จะสอดแทรกข้อคิดในการจัดกิจกรรมต่างๆ และมีการจัดกลุ่มพูดคุยระหว่างกัน เพื่อให้เยาวชนได้แลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ในหลักคำสอน ควรจะจัดกระบวนการในการแก้ไขปัญหาของเขา หรือฝึกอบรมเยาวสตรี  แนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาในเรื่องของการพัฒนาสติปัญญาควรจัดให้มีผู้ดูแลโดยเฉพาะ แนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาในเรื่องของการพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพ ควรจะนำเรื่องธรรมะมาสอดแทรกในเรื่องของการเรียนและในชีวิตประจำวันอย่างต่อเนื่อง 

Abstract

                This research aimed to study operating condition, problems, and obstacles and to find ways to develop young women leaders’ potential development center in the highland of VivekWanaram Temple, Nong Han Sub-district, San Sai District, Chiang Mai Province. The samples consisted of management team and personnel in relevant departments at the number of five people and young women in the young women leaders’ potential development center in the highland at the number of 250 people. The instruments in the study were semi-structured interviews, questionnaires, focus group discussions, and statistics used for data analysis which were percentage and standard deviation and content analysis.

                The results found that: 1. For the operating condition of the young women leaders’ potential development center in the highland of VivekWanaram Temple, Nong Han Sub-district, San Sai District, Chiang Mai Province, the center trained young women to gain knowledge of Buddhism from a focus on practices and application of dharma practicing activities or religious activities to be recreational activities and used in everyday life. It was also to promote and maintain the cultural traditions of each tribe by letting the young women exchange values through dressing, shows, or plays of each tribe which were exchanging and learning cultures between tribes without discrimination.

                2. The development guidelines of the young women leaders’ potential development center in the highland should be to organize activities to strengthen doing good deeds, and the young woman should manage by themselves. For improving guidelines for the development of morality, they should be taught to see their own values and other people's and coexistence in the society. Improving guidelines for the development of behavior would be through a blend of the identity of each tribe to express solidarity, harmony, and unity. This would be beneficial to the sustainable development eternally.
