การศึกษาปัญหาการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษาของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานโรงเรียนเอกชนในจังหวัดพิจิตร; A Study of Participation in Education Management of the Commission for Basic Education of Schools under the Office Private Education in Pichit

บทคัดย่อ

                   การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษาของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานโรงเรียนเอกชนในจังหวัดพิจิตร และ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบปัญหาการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานโรงเรียนเอกชน จำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย คือ คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานโรงเรียนเอกชน ในจังหวัดพิจิตร จำนวน 110 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบกลุ่มโรงเรียนเอกชนในจังหวัดพิจิตร เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ (Rating scale) ซึ่งมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.90 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard deviation) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) โดยการทดสอบเอฟ (F-test) 

                   ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 

                   1. ระดับปัญหาการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษาของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่าด้านแผนพัฒนา แผนปฏิบัติการประจำปีของสถานศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนด้านอื่น ๆ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 

                   2. การเปรียบเทียบปัญหาการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษาของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานของโรงเรียนเอกชนในจังหวัดพิจิตร จำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียนทั้งโดยรวม และรายด้านมีปัญหาการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษา แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

Abstract

                   The purpose of this research were to  1) study the participation problems of the basic education committees in private schools in Pichit province and 2) and compare problems of the basic education committees in private schools in Pichit province as classified by school size.  The group research samples consisted of the basic education committees in private schools in Pichit province, with a total of 110 committees. They were selected by means of cluster random sampling from all of private schools in Pichit province. The data collecting instrument was a rating scale questionnaire with the reliability coefficient of .90.  Statistics for data analysis were the mean, standard deviation, F-test and one-way analysis of variance.       Research findings were as follows:

                   1. The problems of the basic education committees in private schools were overall at the intermediate level (= 3.19) when considered in each aspect, the action plan and educational policy were at the highest level (= 3.61)

                   2. The comparison of problems of the basic education committees in private schools in Pichit province by the perception of role performance in overall was found that the participation problems were statistically significant at the level of .05.
