บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินงานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลท่านั่งอำเภอโพทะเลจังหวัดพิจิตรประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารจัดการศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลท่านั่งจำนวน 112 คนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเองได้ค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.97 สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ยค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพการดำเนินงานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลท่านั่ง อำเภอโพทะเลจังหวัดพิจิตรโดยภาพรวมมีสภาพการดำเนินงานอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีสภาพการดำเนินงานสูงสุดจากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมและสนับสนุนจากทุกภาคส่วน รองลงมาได้แก่ ด้านส่งเสริมเครือข่ายการพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัย ด้านบุคลากร ด้านอาคารสถานที่สิ่งแวดล้อมและความปลอดภัย ด้านการบริหารจัดการศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ส่วนด้านที่มีสภาพการดำเนินงานน้อยที่สุดได้แก่ด้านวิชาการและกิจกรรมตามหลักสูตร
Abstract
The purpose of the independent study was to study the state of the implementation of the Child Development Centre of Thanang Sub-district Administration Organization, PhoThale, Phichit Province. The population in this study involved in the management of the Child Development Center of Thanang Sub - district, totaling 112 people. The tool used in the study was a questionnaire developed by the research team. The reliability coefficient was 0.97. The statistics used were percentage, average, and standard deviation.
The results of the study were as follows: Operating conditions of the Child Development Centre of Thanang Sub - district Administration Organization, PhoThale, Phichit Province, overall, was at a high level. Considering that with the highest level of operating conditions from descending order was participation and support of all sectors, followed by the network to promote early childhood in the development of personnel, in the building, and in environmental and safety management of the Child Development Center. The operating conditions which were at the lowest level were academic and curricular activities.
