แนวทางการบริหารงานกิจการนักเรียนของโรงเรียนนนทบุรีพิทยาคม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 3 ; The Presentation of Guidelines for Student Affairs Service Management of Nontaburi Pittayakom School under the Secondary Educational Service Area

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและนำเสนอแนวทางการบริหารงานกิจการนักเรียนของโรงเรียนนนทบุรีพิทยาคม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 3 การดำเนินการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 2 ขั้นตอน คือ  1) ศึกษาปัญหาการบริหารงานกิจการนักเรียนของโรงเรียนนนทบุรีพิทยาคม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 3 กลุ่มประชากร ได้แก่ คณะครูโรงเรียนนนทบุรีพิทยาคม ปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 89 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ด้วยสถิติพื้นฐานได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิตและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน  2) นำเสนอแนวทางการบริหารงานกิจการนักเรียนของโรงเรียนนนทบุรีพิทยาคมสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 3 โดยการจัดสนทนากลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 7 คน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

                ผลการศึกษาพบว่า

                1. ปัญหาการบริหารงานกิจการนักเรียนของโรงเรียนนนทบุรีพิทยาคม สังกัดสำนักงาน       เขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 3 มีปัญหาการดำเนินงานโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย เมื่อพิจารณาเป็น รายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีปัญหาสูงที่สุดคือ ด้านงานป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติด

                2. แนวทางการบริหารงานกิจการนักเรียนของโรงเรียนนนทบุรีพิทยาคมสังกัดสำนักงาน       เขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 3 ประกอบด้วย  1) ด้านงานพัฒนาระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน          2) ด้านงานป้องกันและแก้ไขพฤติกรรมนักเรียน  3) ด้านงานป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติด  4) ด้านงานส่งเสริมคุณธรรมจริยธรรมและค่านิยมที่ดีอย่างมีส่วนร่วม

Abstract

                The purposes of this study were  1) to study the problems of the administration of student affairs of Nontaburi Pittayakom School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 3. The population was 89 teachers of Nontaburi Pittayakom School in academic year 2013. The study tools were the questionnaires. The statistics used were percentage, mean and standard deviation and  2) to present the way of administration of student affairs of Nontaburi Pittayakom School by using focus group discussion by 7 experts and analyze the data by analyzing the content.  

                The results of the study were as the following:

                1. The problems of the way of administration of student affairs of Nontaburi Pittayakom School was at the low level. When considering in each side, the most problem was the protection and cure from drug problems.

                2. Guidelines for student affairs service management of Nontaburi Pittayakom School  under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 3 were as follows:  1) Meeting and planning for operation 2) Training staff 3) Following up and evaluation and 4) Sharing participative  management.
