การศึกษาพฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในอำเภอชุมแสง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครสวรรค์ เขต 1 ; The Study of Leadership Behavior of Chumsaeng School Administrators under the Office of Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area 1

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

                การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในอำเภอชุมแสง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครสวรรค์ เขต 1 ปีการศึกษา 2556 ใน 2 ด้าน คือพฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นำมุ่งงานและพฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นำมุ่งสัมพันธ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ข้าราชการครูผู้สอนโรงเรียนในอำเภอชุมแสง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา นครสวรรค์ เขต 1 จำนวน 169 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ (Rating scale) ซึ่งมีความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.89 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย () และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D)

                ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

                พฤติกรรมของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในอำเภอชุมแสง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา นครสวรรค์ เขต 1 ในปีการศึกษา 2556 ทั้ง 2 ด้าน คือพฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นำมุ่งงานและพฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นำมุ่งสัมพันธ์ มีระดับความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า การศึกษาพฤติกรรมผู้นำแบบพฤติกรรมภาวะมุ่งงานอยู่ในระดับมากและการศึกษาพฤติกรรมผู้นำแบบพฤติกรรมภาวะมุ่งสัมพันธ์อยู่ในระดับมาก

Abstract

                The purposes of this research were to study leadership behavior of Chumsaeng School administrators under the Office of NakhonSawan Primary Educational Service Area 1 in 2014 in the aspects of working leadership behavior and relationship leadership behavior. The samples were 169 teachers of Chumsaeng district under the Office of NakhonSawan Educational Service Area 1. The research instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with the reliability coefficient of 0.89. The statistics for data analysis were percentage, meanandstandard deviation.

                The research findings were as follows:

                Overall, the leadership behavior in terms of working leadership and relationship leadership of Chumsaeng School administrators under the Office of NakhonSawan Primary Educational Service Area 1 in 2014 was at the high level. When considered aspect by aspect in term of ranking it was found that behavior was at the high level followed by relationship leadership behavior which was also at the high level
