Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study opinions about the organizational culture, knowledge management, organizational innovation and organizational performance in the Government Housing Bank and investigate the impact of the organizational culture, knowledge management and organizational innovation on the organizational performance of the Government Housing Bank. The sample consisted of 371 employees of the Government Housing Bank selected by using stratified random sampling and simple random sampling. A questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. The statistics for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple regression analysis. The research results showed that the organizational culture, knowledge management, organizational innovation and the organizational performance were at the highest level. The organizational innovation had the highest impact on the organizational performance, organizational culture, and knowledge management, respectively, with a statistical significance level of 0.05. The forecasting equation was able to predict the organizational performance with an accuracy of 80.10 percent.
