บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการและแนวทางพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพ ของนักเรียนโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์ เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา หัวหน้าฝ่ายวิชาการ และครูหัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพ โรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา จำนวน 102 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ ได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านการบริหารการศึกษา การบริหารหลักสูตรและพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา จำนวน 5 คน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1) ความต้องการพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพของนักเรียน โรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ทักษะภาวะผู้นำและความรับผิดชอบ และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุดคือ ด้านทักษะการแก้ปัญหาและความสามารถในการปรับตัว 2) แนวทางการพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพ สำหรับโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา พบว่า สถานศึกษาควรมีการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาให้มีความยืดหยุ่น มีกระบวนการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นให้ผู้เรียนได้มีการฝึกปฏิบัติจริง มีการบูรณาการจากทุกภาคส่วนเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการส่งเสริมทักษะอาชีพในโรงเรียน
