การศึกษาสภาพและบัญหาการจัดการเรียนการสอนสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทย ระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6โรงเรียนในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหา และเปรียบเทียบปัญหาในการจัดการเรียนการสอน กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทยระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ครูผู้สอนกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทย และนักเรียนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 จำนวน 453 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ ANOVA ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

สภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอน ครูผู้สอนวิชาภาษาไทยของแต่ละโรงเรียนมีจำนวนไม่เกิน 5 คน ทำให้ ครูมีจำนวนไม'เพียงพอต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอน ร้อยละ43 โรงเรียนมีงบประมาณในการ จัดหาสื่อการสอนไม่เพียงพอ ร้อยละ 32 จำนวนหนังสือเพื่อศึกษาด้นคว้าไม่เพียงพอร้อยละ 32 และนักเรียนมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน ในระดับปานกลางและพอใช้ ร้อยละ 24 และ 9 ตามลำดับ

ปัญหาการจัดการเรียนการสอน พบว่า ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนมีปัญหาในการจัดการเรียนการสอนอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนนักเรียนมีปัญหาในการจัดการเรียนการสอนในระดับน้อย

การเปัรียบปัญหาการจัดการเรียนสอน พบว่า ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนมีปัญหาการจัดการเรียนการสอนไม่แตกต่างกันทางสถิติ ส่วนนักเรียนมีปัญหาการจัดการเรียนการสอนแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

Abstract

The purposes of this research was to study of the Conditions, Problems and compare of Learning and Teaching Thai for grade 6 of School in the Amphur Muang,uttaradit.The sample consisted of directors, Thai teacher and students for grade 6. The instrument used for questionnaire. The datawas analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and ANOVA.The result of the study revealed that:

Condition of learning and teaching Teacher have 5 people in school which not enough for learning and teaching 43 percent, The budget for purchase teaching material not enough 32 percent, The books for search not enough 32 percent and The level of Achievements for student were moderate 24 percent and fair 9 percent.

Problems of learn and teaching revealed that the level of directors and Thai teaching satisfaction were moderate as for the level of student Satisfaction were few.

The problem of learning and teaching compare revealed that the problem of directors and Thai teaching were statistically significantnot difference as for the problem of student was statistically significant difference at the 0.05 level for the creation of a local curriculum.
