การบริหารการใช้หลักสูตรการศึกษาปฐมวัยของโรงเรียนเอกชนขนาดใหญ่ ในเขตอำเภอเมืองลำปาง จังหวัดลำปาง

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารและข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางการใช้หลักสูตรการศึกษาปฐมวัย ของโรงเรียนเอกชนขนาดใหญ่ในอำเภอเมืองลำปางจังหวัดลำปาง ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน รองผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนและครูผู้สอนระดับปฐมวัย ของโรงเรียนเอกชนขนาด ใหญ่ในอำเภอเมืองลำปาง จังหวัดลำปาง จำนวน 8 โรงเรียน รวม 161 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บ รวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบสำรวจรายการ แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่าและแบบสอบถาม ปลายเปิด สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าความถี่

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

การบริหารการใช้หลักสูตรการศึกษาปฐมวัย มีการดำเนินการทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้านในระดับ มาก เรียงตามลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยคือ ด้านการควบคุม ด้านการวางแผน การจัดองค์กรและด้านการนำองค์กร

ข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางการบริหารการใช้หลักสูตรการศึกษาปฐมวัย คือ ครูควรมีเทคนิคการ นำเข้าสู่บทเรียน เทคนิคการสร้างแรงแรงจูงใจ เทคนิคการจัดกิจกรรมเสริมสร้างพัฒนาการลำหรับผู้เรียน ที่มีพัฒนาการตา โดยจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้จากการปฏิบัติจริงและเรียนรู้จากแหล่งเรียนรู้ทั้งภายในและ ภายนอก เน้นให้ครู ผู้ปกครอง ชุมชนมีความรู้ความเข้าใจการพัฒนาการตามวัยของผู้เรียน มีส่วนร่วมใน การจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อพัฒนาผู้เรียน ให้ผู้เรียนทำกิจกรรมด้วยตนเองและผู้บริหาร ควรสนับสนุน ส่งเสริมให้ ครูผู้สอนมีการพัฒนาตนเองอยู่เสมอ

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study the management of, and suggestions for improving, the operation of early childhood education programs in the large private schools in the Muang Lampang district, Lampang province. The sample group in the study totaled 161 people and consisted of school directors, deputy directors, and early childhood teachers from eight large private schools in the district. A questionnaire was completed by this group. The questionnaire had both a rating scale and open-ended questions to gather information.

The research results were:

The operation of the early childhood education program was reported, as a whole, to be at a high or excellent level. The key elements of operation were reported to be, in descending order of importance, the overall control of operation, the planning within operation, organization, and leadership.

Suggestions were made for the improvement of early childhood program management and they were: teachers are trained and familiar with the most recent early childhood education techniques; a blending of curriculum and activities to optimize child development techniques; in­school and out-of-school practice for teachers; a large promotion for teachers, parents, and the community in the understanding of child development; and the continual and renewed training for teachers.
